Congrats to the students who passed 10 or more books for last month’s reading counts. Well deserved!

It’s only been a week and out plants are GROWING!!! I told the students they have “green thumbs”! The best way to learn science is to get hands on!

This Thursday May 17th at 5:30pm is the LITERACY FAIR where all the classes in school display a project they have been working on. Our class wrote and song, recorded it, and made a music video on EARTH’S MATERIALS.

I invite you parents to come out and see what we’ve been learning!

We are studying Earth Materials like rocks, soil, and fossils. The students used microscopes to look at soil to compare it to sand.

Also!!! For homework you will see the students bringing review math lessons. Have your child begin to memorize their multiplication tables for 3,4,6,7,8, and 9.
